walk around Runham during May 2002
Approaching the
village from the Thrigby heading south.
Starting off from the Thrigby
road. Here we are about 6m (19ft) above sea
level on a slight gravel mound that carries
the Council Houses, Playground, Hall and road
to the north in from Thrigby.

Looking
south west towards the bowling club and
towards the main centre of the village.
Moving north east towards
Mautby before turning south down short road.
Short
road leading to Low Road. Now we are at sea
level and turning east move along the old
shore line of the inland sea that came this
far inland 1000 years ago.
