2. Minutes of last meeting
Read and approved.
3. Matters arising from last
meeting.
J Edwards asked if a separate bank account
was needed. J Peachey said that just a column
in the normal Parish Council books would be
fine.
A Toll was asked to join the committee and
agreed.
4. Costing the parish plan
J Peachey talked us through the individual
costings for the parish plan. P Buclkey
(chair) provided two quotations for printing
and then agreed to fill out the grant
application form using all these figures and
send it off.
5. Feedback from village fete
presentation.
As the steering committee was still waiting
for confirmation of successful grant
application this was postponed until the next
meeting.
6. Date of next meeting
25th September 2003 in the village hall at
7.30pm.
Meeting closed at 9.00pm sharp due
to the England friendly football match being
played at Ipswich!
